Contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll offer you a full refund, exchange, or store credit — no questions asked, no hoops to jump through.
If your item arrived damaged or defective, we'll cover all return shipping costs and send a replacement immediately.
Send an email to berkwt0206@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We'll respond within 24 hours.
We'll email you a return address and instructions. For defective or damaged items, we'll provide a prepaid shipping label.
Pack the item and drop it off at any carrier location. Once we receive it, we'll process your refund or exchange within 3–5 business days.
Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Bank processing typically takes 3–10 business days to appear on your statement.
